The CARES welcomes the chance to assist in field research efforts. We work with schools, school divisions, government agencies and community groups in all aspects of the research process: from initial research to preparation of a final report.
One of the hallmarks of the CARES is the Researcher-in-Residence Program. This program links schools, school divisions, groups or organizations who are interested in their own research project with academic researchers or practitioners who act as mentors.
The Centre also provides the following services:
conducting a full research project on contract
managing and guiding a specific research project
facilitating new research project ideas
linking researchers with funding resources
linking community and government agencies with academic researchers
offering research training workshops
hosting research events
assisting in research promotion
offering editorial/proofreading services for funding/research proposals and project reports
