In order to allow us to provide the best possible service to your students, please return your course adoptions to us by the following dates:

• Spring & Summer: March 15th
• Fall Term: May 15th
• Winter Term: October 15th

Special Order Form

You may forward the order form via fax, inter-office mail or bring it into Campus Books. Please indicate your full name and phone or extension number.

Please supply as much information as you can about the book: title, author, and ISBN or publisher, if you have them.

Indicate in the ‘Comments’ blank whether you wish to be informed of the price and projected arrival date before we order the book.

We do not require a deposit.

For faculty members, the purchase may be applied directly against your PDA, and no GST is charged.
