• Masters of Music Program Application (for both new and current BU students)
• Check List of Supporting Materials
• Referee Form

Masters of Education

• Current BU Student: Application Form
• New Student: Application Form
• Letter of Reference to Graduate Studies
  (for GraduateDiploma or Master of Education Programs)
• Graduate Studies Personal Statement

Masters of Psychiatric Nursing

Complete the online application or print and complete the Canadian Graduate application (above), then complete the following:

• MPN Program Application form
• MPN Referee form

Masters of Rural Development

Complete the online application or print and complete the Canadian Graduate application (above), then complete the following:

• Departmental Application Form
• Print a Masters of Rural Development Departmental Application Form
• Print a Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Departmental Application Form
