Registration Information
Registration Procedure:
- The student/parent contacts the Director or the teacher to arrange for lessons.
- A registration form will be mailed to the student/parent.
Payment of Fees:
The registration form shows the total charge for music instruction. Fees must be paid in advance and can be made in eight monthly payments (September 1 – April 1); quarterly payments (September 1, November 1, January 1, March 1): or in full. Please note: post-dated payments incur an Administration Fee.
There is a Non-refundable Registration Fee that is payable only once a year no matter how many courses are taken, including 1:1 instruction.
Please note: a processing fee will apply to all late payments. Only in exceptional circumstances upon written application to the Dean of Music will a waiver or refund be considered.
Any interpretation of this policy will be at the sole discretion of the Eckhardt-Gramatté Conservatory of Music.

Special Notes Regarding Fees
Classes in Theory: if a student is enrolled in 1:1 instruction and another course (Chorale or Orchestra, or 1:1 instruction in two disciplines, there will be a discount of 20% on theory classes.
