Residence rooms are approximately 145 to 175 sq.ft. in size. Amenities and linens are provided for each occupant.

McMaster Hall has television and study rooms. Rooms in McMaster Hall are wired for internet and cable access. All cable and internet connections are provided at extra cost.

Our accommodations include use of the McMaster Hall fitness room. Use of McMaster Hall laundry rooms are included in quoted rates.

Daily Room Rate*:

• Single – $40.00 + PST & GST
• Double – $30.00 + PST & GST (per occupant/night)

City of Brandon Accommodation Tax

On March 5, 2012 Brandon City Council passed By-law No. 7014, the “Accommodation Tax By-law”.  The By-law states a $3.00 per room-night flat rate fee is to be charged on accommodations within the City of Brandon effective July 1,2012.

The Accommodation Tax, will be charged on all accommodations of 30 nights or less.  The Accommodation Tax is a flat rate of $3.00 per night on room charges of $30 or more per night.
