Completed Year 3 of their respective program who is actively involved in student association activities and must have achieved academic distinction with a degree grade point average of 3.5 or greater.

4 CRNM Medal of Excellence Medal Awarded to the student with the highest GPA and who has excelled clinically throughout their program.
4 Betty Mitchell Memorial Scholarship in Palliative Care Nursing $625.00 To be awarded upon the recommendation of the Faculty of Health Studies: a) the student must have shown exceptional ability to care for the body, mind and spirit of dying persons and their families during a clinical practicum course; b) preference will be given to a self-directed graduating student who has demonstrated initiative, understanding and a deep level of commitment to the goals of palliative care.
