Academic / Thesis Advising

The MPN Program Coordinator will provide initial advising and will approve course selections until a thesis advisor has been identified. Normally, the thesis advisor will be confirmed before students begin taking courses in the selected stream. Once the thesis advisor has been confirmed by the Health Studies Graduate Steering Committee, he or she will assume responsibility for program planning and recommending the students’ program of studies to the Health Studies Graduate Steering Committee.  More detailed information is available in the policy on Academic Advisement.
