Learning & Development
The Learning & Development office makes available a variety of resources, workshops, and services in support of personal and professional development of Brandon University faculty and staff. Ongoing development contributes to the engagement, satisfaction, performance, and growth of employees on an individual level, which in turn, influences an organization’s ability to adapt to change, endure difficult times, flourish during good times, and achieve organizational goals.
The workshops and resources available provide employees the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to important topics that are aligned with Brandon University’s values and objectives.
