Welcome to Brandon University! Most, if not all, of you have already visited our offices, which are located on the north end of the third floor in Clark Hall (Room 337). Our offices house the services provided by Payroll and Human Resources.

The Human Resources staff includes:

The Human Resource Office is responsible for the following: labour relations, collective bargaining and collective agreement administration, employee relations, recruitment, employee benefit administration, pension administration, job evaluation and classification, salary administration, employee records, employee performance appraisal, organizational and staff development,  policy development and administration, and payroll.

As examples of some of the ways we can help you:

• If you find yourself in a hiring position, please call Sharon, Brenda or Nicky prior to entering into an employment relationship so we can advise you of the appropriate hiring procedures, rate of pay, etc.
• If you need to file a claim for reimbursement from one of our employee benefit plans, please call Brenda or Nicky.
• If you would like to direct some of your pay to a separate savings account, please call Karen, Deby or Laura.
• If you have questions regarding your terms and conditions of employment, eligibility for employee benefits, changes to your marital or family status, please call Brenda or Nicky.
• If you have learning and development needs yourself or in your area, please call Erica.
