  • Please include set up time, move-out time, staging and lighting requirements and equipment required for the event.
    Note: Piano usage is subject to a usage fee and/or tuning charge. Pianos within the Lorne Watson Recital Hall may not, under any circumstances be moved by unauthorized persons. All hall usage requires the presence of a student assistant for access, lighting, stage assistance, recording, etc.

    Goods left in the hall beyond booking times will be kept in lost and found for one week.

    Goods or equipment left in the hall beyond booking and inhibiting hall usage will be moved out at the renter's expense.
