This form must be completed to request a booking in the Lorne Watson Recital Hall. Please check the Lorne Watson Recital Hall calendar before completing the form. Form to be completed by Faculty, Students and Staff. * Please complete the required options below.

  • Students are allowed to schedule two - 1.5 hour rehearsals prior to their recital.
  • List all performers by instrument/voice.
    Students/Faculty: Please select one of the Options listed and come into the office to pay for your Backstage Assistant. Note: All hall usuage requires the presence of a student assistant for access, lighting, stage assistance and recording. There is a charge for the Backstage Assistant paid prior to the use of the hall.
    Please select your preferred piano.
