8:15-8:45 am	Students arrive at their assigned rooms Parents arrive at the Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium
9:00-9:45 am	Launch Ceremony	Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium (WMCA)
10:00-10:45 am	Drum Cafe	WMCA
10:45-11:00 am	Students return to their rooms and are placed with their “faculty specific” group
10:45-12:00 am	Parents are escorted to the Parent Session	Room 212, Clark Hall
11:00-12:00	Students in group session with their student leader (information & campus tour)
12:00-1:00 pm	Lunch	Front lawn of Clark Hall (basement of WMCA if inclement weather)
