Please complete this form to register for 1st year student Orientation, to be held on September 6, 2011. Please check your email for a reply with instructions on where and what time to meet. If you have a Yahoo or Hotmail account, please check your trash or junk to make sure the reply email has not gone there.
  • Your student number was assigned on your letter of acceptance. It is a 6 digit number.
