Sessional Instructor – Math & Computer Science
The Department of Mathematics & Computer Science invites applications for a sessional instructor to teach the course 62.161 Computer Science II – a second course in Java at the first year level that includes software testing, and applies standard algorithms and object-oriented design strategies to solving complex problems.
The course begins January 3, 2013, and the last day of examinations is April 26. Applicants should hold a degree in Computer Science, preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a practical setting.
The salary for this appointment is $6274.33. This includes 3 credit hours for course instruction and .5 credit hours for the laboratory component. Sessional appointments are limited to a university-wide maximum of 12 credit hours in one academic year or 9 credit hours in one academic term
