Quick Alert Program
Have you noticed a student who is not doing well in your class?
Faculty members are encouraged to use the Quick Alert Form at the first sign a student is struggling in a course. Student Services will use these alerts to intervene with students and connect them with the necessary resources.
Please complete this form when you become aware that a student is not doing well in your class and send it to Katie Gross, Director of Recruitment & Retention via inner-office mail or email.
