Campus Tour (for individuals)
Brandon University prides itself on being responsive to prospective students. Grade 9-12 students interested in learning more about Brandon University, our programs and the education opportunities we provide, are encouraged to visit our campus. We welcome tours requested by individual students and/or parents.
To better serve you, we request that campus tours be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance.
We regret that we are not able to offer campus tours on a walk-in basis. If you are planning a last minute visit, please see Self-Guided Tour (not for group tours).
Where do we meet?
You will meet your designated tour guide at the north entrance in the A.E. McKenzie Building fifteen minutes before the commencement of your tour. The Recruitment Office will email/fax to you prior to your arrival a campus map, name of your tour guide, parking information and an agreed to itinerary.
Parking
Parking is available in lots #5 or 6 (not #6A) for cars and vans across from the Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium on the South-west corner of 20th Street and Princess Avenue.
Both parking lots charge $0.50 per hour and tickets are available at the ticket dispenser located at each entrance. We are not responsible for any parking tickets incurred during your visit, so please make sure you purchase the correct amount of tickets and display them on your front dash.
Note:
Special interest groups, elementary schools, Jr. high students (grades 9 and under) and individuals not planning to attend Brandon University as students, but who wish to have a campus tour, will be interested in a different tour from the one prospective students receive. Please contact the Communications Office at (204) 727-7449 to make arrangements.
