Thank you for requesting to visit Brandon University. The following information is to assist you in getting the most out of your tour. Prior to your visit you will be contacted to confirm arrangements and to ensure that all materials sent to you have been received.

Arrival
The Recruitment Office requests that you arrive at your destination at least 10 minutes in advance and at least 15 minutes if you plan to attend a lecture. There will be a student ambassador to meet you at the north entrance of the A.E. McKenzie Building. Student ambassadors are senior university students trained to provide tours to new students.

Classes (only during our scheduled Student for a Day program)
Professors are accommodating and always welcome the opportunity to have prospective students attend their class during our Student for a Day program. Professors request that visitors arrive for class on time and stay for the entire lecture unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellation
Please contact the Recruitment Office at (204) 727-9739 at least two hours prior to your scheduled visit if you are unable to attend. Numerous people in several offices will need to be notified if you are unable to keep your arranged appointment.

Running Late?
Please take the Recruitment Office contact number with you in case you find you are running late. There are numerous people involved in your visit and they will need to be advised that you are behind schedule. If you are more than 1/2 hour late, we have the right to cancel the campus tour.
