Customer Service Standard -Training
Training for the first standard, Customer Service, will begin as of February 2017.
There will be three phases of training:
Phase 1: Online Training *
Phase 2: Information Sessions
Phase 3: Specialized Workshops on related topics
The Accessible Service at BU Checklist highlights the key learning points of the online videos.
These training phases will be led by Erica Brown, Learning & Organizational Development Program Manager. If you wish to schedule additional workshops with her, you can contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org or 204-727-7494.

Web Accessibility Training
Siteimprove Academy offers web accessibility certification courses free to all BU staff.
The non-technical accessibility certification is for content contributors, managers, marketing and other members who participate in the decision-making for your web sites.
Upon successfully answering the questions at the end of the lessons, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
