Human Resources will advise if the\u00a0request is approved or denied<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If approved,\u00a0\u00a0your supervisor will work with you on your Workplace Accommodation Plan<\/a>\u00a0(fillable version<\/a>).<\/p>\n

If denied, your supervisor will review the decision with you to see what the next steps should be.<\/p>\n
