From time to time, we offer\u00a0facilitated training sessions, communication bulletins, and working groups that you can access or participate in. There are also online learning modules, videos, and courses that you can access on your own schedule and at your own pace. You can even learn from colleagues and their experiences.<\/p>\n
Our Learning & Organizational Development Program Manager, Erica Brown<\/a>, can facilitate training and provide access to current topics relevant to accessibility.<\/p>\n The Manitoba Accessibility Office also offers accessibility training on The Accessibility for Manitobans Act and standards. Training can be accessed through an AMA Learning Portal<\/a> with self-guided modules or by attending a virtual webinar (upcoming schedule here<\/a>).<\/p>\n Brandon University has policies and procedures that help to achieve respectful, barrier-free customer service.
