(September 1 &#8211; August 31) Students will need to complete this process annually.<\/li>\n<li>Students must be registered in courses PRIOR to ordering their ID cards.<\/li>\n<li>IDs will be processed in the order they are received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/ancillary\/student-id-centre\/student-id-order-form\/\">2025\/26 Student ID Order Form<\/a><br \/>\n<\/p><\/div><!-- .new-column-box -->\n<\/div><!-- .flex-row -->\n<h2>Pick Up Instructions<\/h2>\n<div class=\"flex-row \" data-column-group=\"2\">\n<div class=\"new-column-box  full count-1\">\n<h2>Brandon Campus Students<\/h2>\n<h3>Fall Students<\/h3>\n<p><strong>If you are a living in residence,<\/strong> your ID card will be ready and waiting for you at the time of your residence check in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are not living in residence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your card will be ready for pickup 3 business days from time of order.<\/strong> Please do not attempt early pick ups. Cards will be held for pick up for 6 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>New Students For Winter Semester<\/h3>\n<p><strong>If you are a living in residence,<\/strong> your ID card will be ready and waiting for you at the time of your residence check in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New students for Winter Semester (not living in Residence) &#8211; January 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your card will be ready for pickup on or after January 5<sup>th<\/sup> when the University reopens after the Holiday Break. <\/strong>Please do not attempt early pick ups. Cards will be held for pick up for 6 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong> \u2013 Ancillary Services Office, located on the main floor of McMaster Hall, 270 18th Street, Brandon, Manitoba<\/li>\n<li><strong>Times<\/strong> \u2013 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \u2013 4:00 pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Requirements<\/strong> \u2013 Must show government issued ID match the Student Card at the time of pick up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><!-- .new-column-box -->\n<\/div><!-- .flex-row -->\n<div class=\"flex-row \" data-column-group=\"3\">\n<div class=\"new-column-box  full count-1\">\n<h2>Psych Nursing Winnipeg Campus Students ONLY<\/h2>\n<p><span>Please note that pick up within Winnipeg is\u00a0<strong>only allowed for Psych Nursing students attending the Winnipeg campus<\/strong>. Students enrolled in other faculties\/schools will be denied.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your card will take 14 days from time of order. <\/strong>Please do not attempt early pick ups.
