Empower the Next Generation of Female Leaders in Asset Management

The Ivey Women in Asset Management (WAM) program is here to address the underrepresentation of women in this exciting industry. Since launching in May 2022, WAM has been empowering second-year undergraduate women to explore rewarding careers in asset management through a blend of education and hands-on experience.

  • No Experience Required: This program is tailored for students new to asset management who are eager to learn.
  • Tuition-Free Program: Four weeks of in-class training followed by a 10–12 week paid internship at a top asset management firm.
  • All Expenses Covered: Thanks to our corporate partners, your course materials, accommodations, select meals, and networking events are fully subsidized.
  • Industry Connections: Build valuable relationships with leaders in the field.

If you work with students who are curious about asset management, encourage them to apply by January 6, 2025. This is an excellent chance for them to explore a high-potential career path!  Want to learn more?  Download the WAM Brochure for full program details.  Join our upcoming info session on December 11 at 7 PM EST
