Specific projects and recommendations for future\u00a0investment in the short, medium, and long term are also identified.<\/p>\n<p>The plan includes four main sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/campusplan\/background\/the-need-for-a-campus-master-plan\/\">Section 1 outlines the project background, objectives, and process, and\u00a0provides an overview of the engagement process.<\/a> Included are the key\u00a0drivers, or design considerations, that have informed this Plan, including\u00a0an understanding of the Campus\u2019 history and evolution, an analysis of its\u00a0existing conditions and opportunities, and early priorities and design ideas\u00a0that emerged as outcomes of the engagement process.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/campusplan\/the-plan\/\">Section 2 outlines the Vision and Principles<\/a>, including the planning\u00a0principles that provide the foundation for the design work, policies and\u00a0recommendations. The chapter also contains the Concept Plan, which\u00a0provides the concept for new buildings, open spaces, and movement\u00a0networks.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/campusplan\/plan-frameworks\/\">Section 3 provides the Plan Frameworks<\/a> that provide policy\u00a0recommendations specific to implementation of the Campus\u2019 built form,\u00a0open spaces, movement, and sustainability and resilience.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/campusplan\/implementation\/\">Section 4 provides a Phasing and Implementation Strategy<\/a> for initiatives\u00a0in the near, medium, and long term.
