Although the Implementation\u00a0and Phasing Strategy is intended to provide guidance\u00a0for development of the Plan over the long term,\u00a0opportunities or development pressures such as the need\u00a0for student housing or the need for a parking structure,\u00a0may dictate earlier development of the lands.<\/p>\n<p>Development of the south and west lands may be\u00a0implemented at their own pace, as opportunities arise.\u00a0They are not necessarily coupled with a specific time\u00a0frame but in the context of developing in a compact\u00a0manner, recommendations for the development of these\u00a0lands are over a longer term time horizon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Long Term initiatives includes the build-out of the\u00a0balance of the campus including the west parking lots\u00a0and the south campus area.
