Position Overview:

As a result of our continuous growth, we have opportunities available for Community Nursing Professionals. Ideal candidates will hold an active registration with the College of Nurses, possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle, and have a passion for community homecare. As a member of our team, you will provide nursing care to a diverse group of patients within the community.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Nursing program or completion of Challenge program
• Ability to use computerized documentation to complete reports
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form in the English language
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check is required
