POSITION DESCRIPTION:
FTE/HRS & Assignment:
1.0 FTE, Limited Teacher General
• Assignment to be determined based on candidate’s qualifications.
Start Date: January 9, 2023
End Date: June 30, 2023
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain a Manitoba Teaching Certificate
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Education degree with Early Years focus
- Collaborative, ability to work as a team, exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices in curriculum, instruction and assessment
- Knowledge of Indigenous Perspectives
- Excellent organizational and classroom management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, students, parents and outside agencies, as
demonstrated through written and verbal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality
