Westman is an industry-leading communications provider based in Brandon MB, offering residential and commercial High-Speed Internet, Digital TV, and Phone services in communities across southwestern and central Manitoba. Westman also owns and operates radio stations Q Country 91.5 FM and 94.7 STAR FM, which broadcast throughout southwestern Manitoba. What you’ll do:

• Provide pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable service via door-to-door sales within the communities we serve
• Generate new leads and build relationships with potential members
• Promote the features, advantages and benefits of our services and assist customers in determining the cable, Internet and phone services best suited to their needs
• Maintain a travel log indicating dates, communities visited, and performed activities

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; diploma in a Business or Technological field considered an asset
  Minimum two to three years of sales experience within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment; door-to-door- sales experience consider an asset
• Minimum two years' experience in customer service in which you interact with customers both in person and by phone
• Friendly, courteous, and upbeat with a “can-do” sale driven attitude; strong relationship building skills with a customer experience focus
• Must be a self-started with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to react to change
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and must be willing to travel as required
• Must be available to work flexible shifts

Compensation includes a base wage and the opportunity to earn commissions.
