Duties:

Red River College's Interlake and Peguis Fisher River Campus requires instructors to teach in Selkirk and Arborg locations for supervision and guidance of students in both classroom and practicum settings. This will include; maintaining student records, student evaluation, development and adherence to the delivery schedule within an allocated time, attendance at scheduled meetings, ensuing curriculum content is consistent with the parent program and other professional duties related to instruction.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse Designation, license in good standing within Manitoba
• Experience working in a nursing capacity
• Experience conducting presentations in a group setting
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (focus on holistic care and meeting the needs of at risk patients)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Excellent conflict resolutions skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools

• Commitment to lifelong learning

Assets:

• Experience instructing at a post-secondary level
• Experience training others in health-related topics

• Incumbent must hold a valid College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba Certificate

• May be required to work at various RRC campuses
