Fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs are delivered by PSP on Bases, Wings and Units across Canada and in deployed operations. PSP delivers evidence-based programs, which contribute to the health and well-being of the military community and operational effectiveness of the CAF.
We are currently looking for a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor on a casual basis. This position requires you to plan/prepare swimming lessons, instruct students at their appropriate level in accordance with guidelines set out by Red Cross and Lifesaving Society programs. You will also perform lifeguard duties and participate in meetings and in-service training, clinics and club events. Open and close the aquatic facility, ensures the safety of all participants while in the pool facility and assists in maintaining the pool office, pool deck and storage areas in a neat and tidy manner.
Applicant(s) must be available for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Casual positions are 13 hours or less/week.

Wage range: $17.50-$21.69 (based on previous experience)
Commuting Allowance may be available for those who qualify.
