Job Description:

We are looking for a science student who can bring value and be a leader in our product development efforts. The individual will lead the development of cosmetic products in both a research and hands-on capacity. The individual will assist with current pipeline products as well as lead the conceptualization, and research and development of new products. The intern will also work alongside a small development team who are available to help. Role expectations include but are not limited to strong company buy-in, conceptualizing new products, researching and sourcing appropriate ingredients, materials, and equipment, conducting product trials, reporting on trials, learning from trials, and then conducting more trials until we have reached a minimum viable product. Weekly reporting to team and manager is expected.

Pay is $16/hour, 20 hours/week and the specific hours worked is pre-determined by the intern. This position is performed on-site.

Candidate Must:

• Be a full-time or part-time Post-Secondary (college and university)
• Be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold Refugee status
