Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

• Slaughter and eviscerate hogs for further processing
• Harvest and package edible offal
• Process pork carcasses into primal cuts
• Butcher and package pork primal cuts into value added specifications for local, national and international premium markets
• Carry out other tasks related to processing of meat for shipping to customers or storage
• Sanitation

Current starting wage is $15.15/hour plus $1.00 per hour perfect attendance incentive!  Wage scale extends to $22.10 per hour
