Health and Safety

The health and safety of our students, staff, and faculty, including physical, social, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing, are our top concern. Decisions will be informed by public health and government guidelines and safety standards will be updated from time to time to ensure appropriate protocols are in place.

Equity & Consistency

Plans and decisions will consider issues of equity and consistency.

Responsive & Future-Focused

Plans and decisions will be reflective of our nimbleness, will be adaptive, and will be future- focused to ensure the hallmarks of the institution are maintained while new opportunities are pursued.

Collegial, Open & Transparent

Decisions will be made according to established collegial governance and timely and appropriate communications will be provided to support a clear and consistent understanding.

Consideration & Appreciation

Communications, actions, and engagement will be respectful and will appreciate the value of each individual’s unique and important contributions to the University.
