The summer workshop offers young pianists the chance to work collaboratively, make new friends, and learn from one another in a positive social setting. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Due to high demand and limited space, admission to the program is by invitation only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Daily instruction (9:30-3:00 pm) includes workshops in small and large groups, ensemble playing, mindfulness classes, private lessons and practice time. Senior students can elect to receive further instruction in piano pedagogy and would have the opportunity to coach younger students in positive, supervised settings. The program ends with a Gala Concert on August 27 at 7:00 pm in the Lorne Watson Recital Hall.<\/p>\n<p>Our outstanding teaching faculty includes Conservatory instructors Dianna Neufeld with additional guest instructors to be announced soon.<\/p>\n<p>To secure your place in Piano Kick Start, please complete the registration form below <strong>by May 15<\/strong>.
