A Young Musicians First Steps<\/h3>\n

Sheila Scott has taught as a music teachers in Elementary schools and as the Elementary Music Education specialist at Brandon University. \u00a0She views preschool music as play.<\/p>\n

Students sing, play instruments, move expressively, and respond to music. We engage in music to find joy within ourselves and in interacting with others. Dr. Scott is author of the book \u00a0Music for Children on the Autism Spectrum: \u00a0A Resource for Teachers.<\/em><\/p>\n\"\"<\/a>\n
