I hereby grant to the Brandon University and the Eckhardt-Gramatt\u00e9 Conservatory of Music (collectively the \u201cUniversity\u201d) the right to record, film, photograph, audio record, or video record my image, work, and\/or performance (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201cWorks\u201d) and to display, publish, or distribute these Works.<\/p>\n
This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish these Works for use in connection with the activities of the University for promoting, publicizing, or explaining the University or its activities as determined by the University. These Works may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media, including, but not limited to: websites, social media sites, television, radio, and future communications channels.<\/p>\n
I hereby waive, as against the University, any claim of copyright I may have in the Works and any moral rights I may have in the Works. I further waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the University\u2019s control. I agree that I will not hold the University responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.<\/p>\n
