The Ancillary Services team can provide on-campus services to host your next conference. Our experienced staff can assist you with food and beverage needs, meeting room bookings, audio/visual equipment rentals, accommodations and on-campus parking.

Meeting Rooms

Harvest Hall

375 (max) capacity seating, 500 capacity standing

  • Meetings $450.00 per day
  • Socials: $350.00 room rental
  • Functions/banquets – $275.00 room rental if less than 160 attendants – with full meal
  • Functions/banquets – if more than 160 attendants with full meal – charges depend on event details
  • 2 overhead projectors with screens
  • PA system with 2 microphones
  • DVD/VHS player
  • CD player
  • Hookups for laptops

Room setups might be subject to a set-up fee.

Note: A $500.00 deposit for Weddings and a $400.00 deposit for Socials is required to hold the room and is refunded after your event is held. If your event is cancelled and we cannot re-book the date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Louis Riel Room

50 capacity seating, 96 standing

  • $285.00 full day*, $160.00 half day*
  • OR $140.00 full day* – $100.00 half day* for events with food and beverages provided by BU Food Services
  • Room features: PA system; projector & screen; cabled internet and teleconference capabilities; podium with computer; piano.

Room setups might be subject to a set-up fee.

  • $170.00 per day*
  • $115.00 per half day*
  • Full day rental with food ordered from Food Services $90.00
  • Half day rental with food ordered from Food Services $75.00
  • Room features: White board (doubles as projection screen); cabled internet and teleconference capabilities; sink area.

Room setups might be subject to a set-up fee.

Audio/Visual equipment is available for an additional charge*:

  • Overhead Projectors $22.90

  • Flip Chart/Easel Per Day $10.00
