Harvest Hall

Harvest Hall has a seating capacity of 375 people. A $280.00* room rental charge applies if your event has less than 160 people. Rental charge is waived for events with over 160 people. Room setups might be subject to a set-up fee.

Note: A $500.00* deposit is required to hold the room. If your event is cancelled and we cannot re-book the date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Louis Riel Room

The Louis Riel Room has a seating capacity of 50 people for more intimate gatherings. The room rental charge is waived for weddings or banquets. Room setups might be subject to a set-up fee.

Food and Beverage

See our Menu Options page for commonly requested menu items. All food and beverage requirements are booked through Food Service Office.

  • Brandon University Food Services bartenders are mandatory. Cost is $20.00/hour* per bartender, with a minimum of three hours.
  • No bartender fee if bar liquor sales are over $1000.00*.
  • All beer, wine and spirits are $5.00 each Coolers $6.00* subject to price increase
  • Brandon University Food Services supplies all beer, wine and alcohol as well as mix.
  • Liquor license supplied by Brandon University Food Services.
  • All food is to be supplied by Brandon University Food Services at additional cost.
