Printing will not work if you are connected to other wi-fi network names at BU (BU_Public, BU_Residence, or others)\u00a0 If you need help connecting to the BU_Secure wifi please visit this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/helpdesk\/wireless-network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link<\/a> or visit the HelpDesk for assistance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em>Installation Steps<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download and install this &#8220;PaperCut Mobility Print&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.papercut.com\/products\/ng\/mobility-print\/download\/client\/windows\/\">package.<\/a> It will install the printing queues on to your device, allowing you to send and release your printouts to one of the designated printer release stations.<\/li>\n<li>Select your desired language and click OK. Proceed to open the document\/file you would like to print. Depending on the document, this process may vary. For this guide, we will using a Microsoft Word Document.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select whether you would like to print to the Colour printer queue or to the Black and White printer queue by selecting it from the list.
