(or Actions menu in older versions).<\/li>\n<li>Choose &#8216;Junk&#8217; E-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Junk E-mail Options<\/li>\n<li>Choose the Safe Senders tab in the Junk E-mail window that appeared.<\/li>\n<li>Click Add<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/helpdesk\/files\/2011\/05\/pic2.jpg\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Type in @brandonu.ca<\/li>\n<li>Click OK<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/helpdesk\/files\/2011\/05\/pic3.jpg\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click Apply<\/li>\n<li>Click OK<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandonu.ca\/helpdesk\/files\/2011\/05\/pic4.jpg\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You have now set Outlook to prevent any email from an address which ends in @brandonu.ca being filtered as junk-mail.<\/p>\n<p>You should now repeat these steps using the phrase <strong>@listserve.brandonu.ca<\/strong> in step 6 to prevent any of the campus messages sent to &#98;&#x75;&#95;&#x61;&#100;&#x6d;i&#x6e;&#64;&#x6c;i&#115;&#x74;&#115;&#x65;&#114;&#x76;&#101;&#x2e;b&#x72;a&#x6e;d&#111;&#x6e;&#117;&#x2e;&#99;&#x61; from getting filtered as junk-mail.<\/p>\n<p>This same process can be used to prevent their email addresses from getting filtered by outlook.
