Reduction applied from unreduced date assuming the member had remained with the University<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Normal form of pension is payable for life of member with 5 year guarantee period<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Health Spending Account<\/u><\/strong> (compulsory for MGEU, BUFA\u00a0 &amp; Exempt Staff)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coverage effective first of month coincident with or next following thirty (30) days of<br \/>\nemployment<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 $400 account credit per year for full-time employees; $200 for part-time employees<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Any service or item that is eligible to be claimed as a medical expense on your tax return may be claimed<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Claim payments are issued when there is reimbursement for another health care expense.
