Assistance Program (EFAP) services was conducted by Brandon University.\u00a0 As of July 1, 2019, <strong>Homewood Health<\/strong> was chosen to be our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider.<\/p>\n<p>Homewood Health\u2019s comprehensive EFAP includes Counselling, Life Smart Coaching and online resources designed to give all employees and eligible family members professional and confidential help with a wide range of work and family issues including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>job stress<\/li>\n<li>relationship issues<\/li>\n<li>eldercare, childcare, parenting issues<\/li>\n<li>harassment<\/li>\n<li>personal issues (e.g. stress, depression, anxiety, self esteem, anger)<\/li>\n<li>substance abuse<\/li>\n<li>separation and loss<\/li>\n<li>balancing work and family<\/li>\n<li>financial or legal<\/li>\n<li>trauma and family violence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Homewood Health\u2019s EFAP offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voluntary, private and confidential support<\/li>\n<li>Accessible toll-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year<\/li>\n<li>Booking an appointment or accessing help right away, including crisis support<\/li>\n<li>Availability in person, telephone, video, or online<\/li>\n<li>Support for employees, spouse\/partner, eligible dependents<\/li>\n<li>Multicultural and multilingual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To access these resources
