It is intended as a guide only, and does not take precedence over specific decisions of the Board of Governors, or legal documents\/contracts such as master insurance agreements, and is subject to administrative interpretation and application. Any questions or concerns regarding interpretation or application of any of these terms and conditions should be referred to the Associate Vice-President, People and Talent.<\/p>\n<p>This Handbook is not applicable to employees who are covered under the provisions of a collective agreement. Refer to Human Resources for further clarification.
