Brandon University is over 200 kilometres from the Winnipeg International Airport. We strongly advise that students take advantage of our Airport Pickup Service. This service includes pickup at Winnipeg International Airport (YWG) and transportation to your accommodations in Brandon (homestay, residence, or other) if your flight arrives before 19:30 local time.<\/p>\n

This service costs C$69.00 (tax included)*. This allows two suitcases and one carry-on bag. Extra luggage is charged at C$25 per bag. An additional overweight (i.e. over 23kg) or oversize luggage (i.e. linear dimensions over 158 cm) is charged for C$5-10. (Shuttle fee will be charged on your student account upon your arrival at Brandon University.)<\/p>\n

If your flight arrives after 19:30\u00a0 you will have to spend the night in Winnipeg (at your own expense) and you will be transported to Brandon University the next morning. We will assist in booking your hotel accommodations if you need to spend the night in Winnipeg.<\/p>\n

This service is available to all BU international students. <\/strong>To request the service, please send an email to International@BrandonU.CA<\/a> with “Shuttle Request<\/em>” in the subject line. Make sure to include all required details as outlined below.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> <\/em>Your request must be submitted at least 3 business days<\/em><\/span> before\u00a0your scheduled travel time to ensure a seat.<\/p>\n
