2024/25 Winter Term, Course-Based Contract Opportunity – School of Music

The School of Music is seeking qualified Contract Academic Staff (CAS) to teach the following course on the Brandon University Campus for the Winter 2024-25 term (January 6 to April 22, 2025). This course may be delivered in an online synchronous format, but preference will be given to a qualified candidate who will teach in-person.

63:690 MUSIC BIBLIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH METHODS – 3 credit hours – Thurs 1:40-4:30 (Slot 14)

The course is designed to acquaint students with the performance/literature program with the bibliographic resources for musical research. It deals with both general reference and music reference sources.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in music is required, Doctorate and/or relevant teaching experience preferred. Equivalent traditional/experiential career paths will also be considered. Salary: $6,901 per 3 credit hour course
