Type of Position: Full-time, Term (*see note below)

Wage: $17.50 per hour

Probation/Trial Period: Three months’ service

Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week

Start Date: May 13, 2019 or upon availability



Duties to be performed include mowing, trimming, edging and watering of grass; weeding, hoeing and watering flower and shrub beds; pick up of garbage; planting of flowers, and other related duties as assigned.



Preference will be given to a Brandon University student who has a demonstrable background in Botany, Agriculture, or a related discipline. Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and will be required to operate power equipment on a regular basis for extended periods of time. This job entails repetitive and detailed work that must be performed in a meticulous manner.



This is a full-time term position to August 30, 2019. This position is subject to a Child Abuse Registry Check and a Criminal Records Check. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
