Assistant Professor, Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Studies

Applications are invited for one full-time probationary tenure-track position within the Nursing Department in Brandon.  We seek an individual with a commitment to excellence in teaching and research. Responsibilities include: teaching in the undergraduate and/or graduate programs, development of a program of research/scholarship, and service to the community.



  • Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with CRNM required;
  • Either a Doctorate or a Master’s degree* in a related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant academic and/or professional experience is required.
  • Relevant teaching experience required;
  • Recent medical-surgical nursing experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication/interaction skills required.


Rank:        Assistant Professor

Salary:      Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
