The Majumder research laboratory seeks a Bioinformatics fellow to assist with large scale proteome data analysis in a breast cancer research project, and other related duties as assigned. The successful candidate will work in the Cancer Research Laboratory (BB 3-29) at Brandon University.
MSc in Bioinformatics, Biology, or in Biological Sciences with experience in large scale (genome wide) data analysis is required. Experience with computer programming, bioinformatics tools and cancer databases would be a plus.
