Duties

Project: The Anti-Racism Action Program (ARAP) project seeks an individual to assist with data collection and analysis
and other relevant duties as required. This individual will help the director of BU CARES to prepare and distribute a
bilingual survey exploring racism, systemic privilege, and microaggressions in Manitoba. The individual will also assist in
preparing and circulating a bilingual report.

Qualifications/Experience:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to receive direction, follow-through according to timelines, and work independently
Effective communication, both written and oral
Community connections to networks such as communicty organizations, school divisions, educational authorities, social
services, friendship centres, or other networks is an asset
Experience with survey research is preferred
French and English bilingualism is preferred
