Sessional Instructor, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science
Brandon University is seeking a sessional instructor in the Department of Chemistry to teach the following labs from September to December 2018.
18:262 INTRODUCTION TO ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY
Responsibilities of the position include: Laboratory instruction, marking, and student evaluations. Labs support practical and theoretical aspects of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Error analyses, data handling, solution equilibria, gravimetry, acid-base titrations, and spectroscopy. Must possess strong communication, teaching, and record-keeping skills.
Laboratory Schedule: Section 1: Mondays 1:40pm – 5:30 pm and Section 2: Mondays 5:40pm – 9:30 pm
Qualifications: MSc in Chemistry is required
Salary: $4,136.67 per lab section
