Student representation is essential to ensure the student perspectives are considered in program operation and ongoing development.\u00a0 The student representative periodically solicits information from students through the MPN Community Commons.\u00a0 Please support your representative in this role by responding to questions.\u00a0 All students can pose questions or initiate discussion about topics of concern. The student representative will bring these perspectives forward to the Health Studies Graduate Steering Committee.<\/p>\n

Bryanna Barker – MPN Student Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Bryanna started her MPN journey with Brandon University in 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The purpose of the Health Studies Graduate Studies Steering Committee is to provide overall direction for the Master of Psychiatric Nursing program.\u00a0 Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • develop, administer and review policies and procedures specific to the Master of Psychiatric Nursing program;<\/li>\n
    • develop, monitor, evaluate, and revise curriculum for the Master of Psychiatric Nursing program;<\/li>\n
    • approve admissions to the Master of Psychiatric Nursing program;<\/li>\n
    • for each student, approve the advisor and committee members and advise on operational undertakings of the Program Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
